The origin of “Flakt”
style of Precipitator is from Sweden. Presently, these ESP’s are
known as of Alstom type & many of such Precipitators are operating
in Cement, Steel, Paper & Power Sector.
We, at “Air Systems”, offer most of the replacement parts for Flakt
style Precipitators. There ESP’s are normally equipped with spiral
type stainless Discharge Electrodes with Hooks on both sides. The
height of the Discharge Electrodes vary from site to site.
In Flakt type ESP’s, Collecting Electrodes are mostly of 400 mm, 500
mm & 735 mm width, as per the profile shown on this page. “Air
Systems” manufacturers all the 3 types of Collecting Electrodes for
Flakt type of Electrostatic Precipitators.
Rapping Mechanism parts and other internals of Flakt ESP’s are part
of “Air Systems” manufacturing range.

Collecting Plates/Electrodes are the
main internal component of Precipitator, considering the volume and the weight.
These Electrodes can be fabricated or rolled up to 15M in length.
Each of the Collecting Electrodes are
Cold Roll Formed in different profiles to suit various styles of Precipitators.
After usage of over the years, there Collecting Plates get damaged & requires
replacement.
We, at Air Systems can supply
Collecting Electrodes for different types for Electrostatic Precipitators.

Most of the ESP styles use collecting
Electrode of Single Piece Design. Electrodes of these Collecting Plates are
usually supplied in width ranging from 400 mm to 750 mm & in lengths of 5 metres
to 15 metres in accordance with Project requirement.

are used for manufacture of Collecting Electrodes of different profiles.
